Behind the Build: April Progress for Our Home Builder Team

April brought big changes and exciting milestones. It marked our busiest month to date — and the momentum continues.

Our home builder team is currently transitioning into a larger warehouse to better serve our clients. While the move is underway, we’re temporarily operating out of two locations: one for active builds and one for staging completed homes for transport. We look forward to being fully operational in the new space soon.

Here’s a glimpse into what was accomplished this month:

Homes Completed and On the Move

Several beautiful projects were wrapped up in April, each crafted with the quality and attention to detail our clients expect:

• Overlook Cottage with Upper Deck A custom Overlook Cottage featuring a rooftop deck was delivered locally in Brevard County. It will be used as a weekend retreat for its new owners.

• 24' Jojo Bean Solar Retrofit This 24' Jojo Bean tiny home was upgraded to run completely off-grid, thanks to a custom solar system. It’s also staying local — Brevard remains one of Florida’s most tiny home–friendly areas.

• Snowball II Custom Home A special build designed for Snowball, a beloved pet cockatoo. This project reflects our home builder team's ability to create truly one-of-a-kind spaces.

• Overlook Cottage with Outdoor Deck Another Overlook Cottage was completed with a standard outdoor deck (no rooftop), preparing to head west to its new home in Nevada.

Builds in Progress

• Atlas Modular Home Final touches are being added to the Atlas modular home. It will soon be placed in a Brevard County tiny home community and will be available for purchase.

  
  

• Mobile Office Trailers Construction is well underway on a series of mobile office trailers, complete with off-grid capabilities. Scheduled for completion in June, these units are destined for the western U.S. and will be available for rent.
