Each home is constructed in our Melbourne, Florida warehouse and engineered to meet Florida Building Code and wind rating requirements. Once complete, it is delivered to your property and set on a permanent foundation. Unlike mobile or RV-based structures, our modular homes are designed as real homes—making them a strong fit for primary residences, ADUs, and other permanent housing needs.
