Mike and Nikki took the time to find out what was important to me from the very beginning of the in-depth design process. The communication was consistent throughout the entire build process and even after delivery. I have been very impressed and happy. The daily emails and pictures with updates during the build helped me to stay in the loop and not feel worried about the process, even being far away. Any roadblocks we found during the build were met with ideas and options and ways to still make my goals happen.
