Standard Pricing
& Tiny House Cost
"Price is what you Pay. Value is what you get."- Warren Buffet
We are often asked for pricing information. As a complete custom tiny home on wheels builder, pricing depends on the size of the build as well as the fit and finishes placed within the tiny home. Our finished turnkey homes vary from the low $100,000 to the $200,000 or more in some cases for our, "not so tiny homes."

When analyzing/comparing price and value it is important to ensure that you are comparing apples to apples. To help with this we have listed what all of our Standard Pricing includes. Click here to see our Standards.

Below we have listed our 2022 Standard Pricing for Conventional Tow and Gooseneck Tiny Homes. These prices are all based on a 8ft. 6in. wide Tiny Home. If you are looking for a 10ft. wide option just add 18% to the price below.

A fully optioned out Custom Tiny Home can run well into the $600+ a square foot price range.

Why do tiny homes cost more per square foot than typical conventional homes?
A tiny home can cost less than the standard 3/2 conventional home, but because there is less square footage in a tiny home to divide the cost of materials and labor, the tiny home will cost more per square foot on average. For example, if you have a kitchen that cost $10,000 in a 1500 square foot home that works out to be $6.67 per square foot. If you have the same $10,000 kitchen in a 400 square foot home that works out to $25 per square foot.
