How to Secure Your Spot on Movable Roots' 2025 Build Schedule

Movable Roots Tiny Home

1. Schedule Your Initial Phone Consultation

Head over to our website and request an initial phone consultation with one of our team members. During this conversation, we’ll discuss what you’re looking for—whether it’s a fully custom home designed from scratch or one of our past builds that can be personalized to your taste.

2. Determine the Next Steps

Based on your initial consultation, we’ll determine the best next steps. For some clients, a private tour of our warehouse may be appropriate to explore our craftsmanship and capabilities. For others, it might make sense to wait for one of our open house events.

3. Confirm Parking and Financing

Before moving forward with a custom build, it’s essential to have your parking location and financing secured. These are often the most challenging aspects of tiny home living, so tackling them early ensures a smoother design and build process.

4. Begin the Custom Design Process

Once parking and financing are in place, we can begin the custom design process. This step requires a $3,500 design fee and typically takes 5-6 weeks. During this time, we’ll work closely with you to create a home that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and must-have features.

5. Sign the Build Contract and Place Your Deposit

After finalizing the design, you’ll sign a build contract and place a deposit to secure your spot on our 2025 build schedule. With your deposit, your place is locked in, and we’ll prepare to bring your vision to life.

Don’t Wait—Spots Are Limited!

If you’re dreaming of a tiny home or park model RV in 2025, now is the time to act. Reach out today to start your journey toward owning a home designed for your life and needs.
