The Cox

Our custom-built tiny home The Cox sits on a 39ft Movable Roots gooseneck trailer and has just under 450 square feet of living space counting the lofts.  This customer is a college student who wanted the gooseneck area to serve as her study/desk space with her master loft extending over the kitchen as well as an additional loft for guests off the rear.  The home is designed with 2 entrance doors with the rear space serving as a utility/mudroom.  Pass through style bathroom has a large 5ft shower space and a standard flush toilet.  A large L shaped kitchen with full-size appliances is just off the living room that has space for a standard size couch.
