The Shannon is a shell build in which we collaborated with Eric and Shannon of Orlando, FL. Shannon and Eric had spent a ton of time sketching out their dream tiny home and Movable Roots helped put the final touches on that design. This home sits on a 40ft. Movable Roots gooseneck tiny home trailer and has just under 400 square feet of living space counting the closet loft. Movable Roots took the exterior of the home to completion and the interior of the home through interior spray foam with all plumbing, electrical and HVAC roughed in. Here are some key design features of the custom built tiny home shell: all wood frame walls to make it easier for the client to finish the build, raised floor in the living room giving the client ample storage space that is accessible from either side of the tiny home, large galley style kitchen with built-in dining table/desk, "spa-like" bathroom with a 5ft. shower as well as separate 5ft. jetted jacuzzi tub and the master bedroom on the gooseneck with access into the large closet loft that houses the washer and dryer.

Below are some photos of the stage we took the home to as well as renderings of what the finish product will look like.
