Our smallest flagship model the Hawk sits on a 24’ Movable Roots purpose-built trailer. Our goal with this home was to make 270 square feet (including loft) of space feel highly livable and still be at an affordable price point. The Hawk boasts two different loft design options. The first is a split level plan and the second is a traditional loft space.  The split level plan will allow for standing headroom in the loft space next to the bed while the traditional plan is a true loft style.  The kitchen features an eat-in bar, three burner gas stove, and oven as well as open shelving on top and custom cabinetry below.  The Hawk has an amazing bathroom with ample space for a walk- in shower, standard flush toilet and a place for your optional washer/dryer.  This home has plenty of storage options and has been designed to make use of the entire space.
