The Smith build was a Stage one shell with closed cell spray foam insulation and metal roofing added to the package. This build was inspired by our super popular Wansley model. The home sits on a 41 foot gooseneck tiny home trailer and has just under 400 square feet of living space counting the rear loft. 

Movable Roots did the initial heavy lifting of the build process including the exterior wall framing, and hurricane tie downs as well as all service rough ins like, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.  Here are some key design features of the custom built Smith tiny home shell: custom design plans, 20 gauge cold form steel frames, black, grey and fresh water tanks, solar power prep options, and a complete construction plan to aid the client and or the sub contractors to finish their tiny home build.
